No, i am supposed to interview a nurse, by telephone,e-mail, or in person then use her ethical dilema and apply it to the concepts i'm learning in class. then determine if I agree with the nurse on her decision and if not then explain what i would have done differently in the given situation. So if you are a nurse and have witnesses or experienced an ethical dilema in your hospital and can give answer my questions it would be helpful, if not then don't comment on my post.

(The nurse is not involved in the situation) 1.Your Name, and type of nurse 2. Please describe an ethical conflict situation in nursing practice that you have encountered. 3. How did you deal with that ethical conflict?how it was resolved? and what personal values were involved? 4. Were you satisfied with how the ethical conflict was resolved? 5.
