  1. why is it people do not view an LPN as. " true" nurse. I worked hard, study hard and NCLEX was hard. Why cant other nurses and clients take the title serious? seems like, if you do not have an RN you are not a nurse. ggrrrrr

    am returning to the workforce after 9 years from raise kids. in that time i also took classes. I earned my Associates, CNA and LPN license. before i left the workforce I was a Medical Assistant for 10 plus years. QUESTION, on my resume, for the gap of 9 years should i mention the reason I was not working was to raise a family and further my education or, say something else?
  5. I am an LPN, I am re- taking some science courses becouse they are over 5 years old. I am trying to get in a LPN to RN bridge program. I keep on thinking maybe I should just stop trying to get my RN and be an LPN. Its so competative out there that, I am feeling hopeless. I am in my early 40's and have been trying all my life to get to this point now, I am just thinking all this is in vein. any thoughts?
