Thank you! I was just wondering :) Those statistics really surprised me! Being a new grad is so tough, but congratulations on landing an interview, that is already such a big accomplishment from those odds!

Do you mind me asking what kind of questions they asked you? How long were the interviews? How many in the panel? Don't lose hope yet, you never know :) sending good thoughts your way I only know there was a referred to hiring department status

Hi I'm wondering if anyone has applied to this new grad program this year. They had the new grad program open for the NICU/Postpartum loop a couple of weeks ago. Making this thread so we can share our experiences and updates. I applied back when the application was due. Anybody have any updates?

I'm in the same boat. It doesn't say required, but I've done things outside of school like I did an internship offered through an organization and ton of volunteer work. Hopefully it works out for all of us :)

Congrats to everyone! Thank you for keeping us updated! I really would like an interview and am praying. My school didn't have a preceptorship either but we had more clinical hours and I sought out to do a Critical Internship, so hopefully that helps, fingers crossed for all of us

Does anyone have a good nclex study plan for picmonic? It would help and be a lot less time consuming. Their plan is a joke it doesn't match up with the pathways they have and its not updated with all picmonics available and impossible to add and find the playlists. I wanna make sure I'm covereing the needed content but sometimes I feel that it is really not user friendly. Let me know if anyone can help I want to get organized before I take the nclex thanks!
