@ dishes yes i do not have registration in the philippines.. Question number one on section 5: summary of registration is: 1: Did you obtain registration as a nurse in the jurisdiction where you completed your initial nursing program? if you answer "no" all you have to do is explain why which is pretty simple considering the fact that i am a canadian citizen and i would rather work here than in the phils..and also if your answer is no you do not have to complete section 6 and 7, which is indicated in section 5.. CNO is still waiting for my transcript though my school is kind of slow..i might send another request just incase..

Filipino graduate nurses in ontario, Canada
Hi my name is Greg, im 24 yrs old.. is there anyone here who's from the philippines that can share their experience regarding becoming a r.n here in ontario? I graduated just this year 2010 in philippines, i was already a canadian citizen before i went back to philippines to take up nursing, thinking that it is more affordable to study back home and just come back here once i graduate. Now that i am done school i just got back here in ontario a few months ago, i went to CNO to get information regarding what to do to be a R.N in here..they gave me an application form so that they can evaluate me. I am just waiting for my transcript to arrive then it'll take 3months for them to assess me.. I've been wondering if i have to go back to school or will they let me write the crne exam? because i read from a few people in this site that ontario does not recognize our degree and it is only equivalent to rpn in here.. Any information would be appreciated.. my email is [email protected] cell (905)767-5144
