what to expect on a DOU floor?
Hei Guys, I will be starting in my new job pretty soon (new grad) DOU floor. I am just wondering what to expect and what is the regular routine I should know about so I won't look too stupid. It has been almost 2 years after graduating from nursing school and FINALLY! I can now practice what I went to school for. However, my dilemma is to look stupid, So if you guys can give me a heads up on to what to expect or what to do, thanks :)

ecg new grad question please help...
thanks eric but I ask HR and they said better ask the manager, The thing is I have ask her few questions in the past and i'm afraid she might think I do not know anything and may get irritated with all my questions, and I just want to be in her good side. so if i could research first or find out from somebody before I start to bother her, i think will be better.

ecg new grad question please help...
Hi, I graduated 2008 and just recently I was given a chance to work in a hospital. However, they told me before I can start to get a dysrhtymia class with interpretation for Rn's. I know flexed has one but it is complicated with my orientation day. I found one in cshs but Im not too sure if it is the same one they call it Basic to Advance ECG & Antiarrhythmic Therapy Course. I do not have any money to waste in a class so is there somebody there that could tell me if those class are the same. I know the hours are the same. Thank you in advance I hope you could help me. This is my only chance I am becoming hopeless.............
