Hi All, I'm writing a postpartum careplan for a C-section...and am almost done. I need help with prioritization of the nursing diagnoses that I have applied to the plan of care. Any help/feedback would be appreciated. I have the following NDx: 1. Acute pain r/t surgical incision (Cesarean section) and fundal contraction (postpartum) @font-face { font-family: "Cambria"; }p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal { margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; }div.Section1 { page: Section1; } 2. Fatigue r/t pregnancy and recent Cesarean section @font-face { font-family: "Cambria"; }p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal { margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; }div.Section1 { page: Section1; } 3. Knowledge deficit r/t fundal massage and potential complications @font-face { font-family: "Cambria"; }p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal { margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; }div.Section1 { page: Section1; } 4. Risk for infection r/t inadequate primary defenses; broken skin @font-face { font-family: "Cambria"; }p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal { margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; }div.Section1 { page: Section1; } 5.
