Hi everyone! I am new here! My name is Karen. I am going to be CNA certified in Wisconsin in December. I am looking at moving back to Texas permanently sometime in 2011 after not having lived there for 5.5 yrs. Does anyone know what I would have to do to be cna certified in Texas since I will already be in Wisconsin? Will I have to retake the class and everything all over again? Thank you for the help! :) I hope to be on here often. Seems like a good place. I am looking at becoming an RN eventually, I am not so sure I want to go through that much schooling, still debating. I am 29 yrs old and my boyfriend and I are 1200 miles apart. Of course, he's in Texas. We just want to make it a much more permanent situation. We have been good friends for 8 yrs, together for 9 months. He has 2 daughters and I don't have kids. It would just be easier on us both if we lived closer together. I grew up in Iowa and lived in Texas for 4 years and would love to go back. Just don't want to without first having a job.
