  1. Do u know of any law that protects RN's home address from being published on the internet? I've had a patient tell me that they know where I live. I'm in constant contact with pysch patients....sometimes incarcerated inmates come in too. (I work in a federal hospital) I emailed the website requesting for them to remove my name but they refused stating that it is public knowledge. Police officers, district attorney, psychiatric social workers employed by a county are all allowed to have their records confidential. (V C Section 1808.4 Confidential Records Address of Public Officers and Employees) but why not RNs?:uhoh3: Do you have any info on how I can protect the safety of my daughter and I? (Moving is not an option):confused::confused::confused:
