I will be going for an interview in one of the hospitals and I dont know what questions to expect as this is the first time for me. Please advice me. The letter received stated that I will be interview for a competency level one, proficent level 2 and expert level three because this is my first time in the hospital as well to determine the slary scale. Please please I really need your expert advice. Thank you in Advance

  5. Its not running around with a grin on your face here Sharon, but at least smile once in a shift while talking to your nurses or when order them around or share the workload together. It seems that the more senior nurses your the more grumpy your are and that really shows in the clinical setting. No wonder nurses eating their youngs.
  6. I have seen some while working in the ward. These nurses are professional and the senior staff of the ward. They run the ward when the clinical leader wasn't there but one thing is missing ...smile.....They dont smile, we know we can be stressed out of work and problems usually arises when working but please give me that smile sometimes. They are very hard working people and do their job without any complains and worked in a organised manner which is great and I admire them but they lack one thing .....again the smile.
