    Hi, Thank you for your reply Ginger's Mom Yes, of course I'm US resident for many years... Right now I'm carry my LVN license. (has been evaluated from my Foreign edc.) Just would like to know if Foreign Midwife would be quilified in California as a RN (I just want to become RN, not Nurse Midwife) I heard that CA State does not qulify Foreign Midwifes to become an RN.
