  1. There is a reason it happened. It may be that I end up going to law school and change this system
  2. No idea. But if i had been smoking, I wouldn't have sat for a drug test that I could have rescheduled. No history of addiction in me or my family. I'm vegan, don't put anything synthetic or harmful in me either. I own a yoga studio also and that is my stress relief.
  3. I sat for a planned drug test as a new hire, who consented to positive results being reported to IPN. I tested positive for a low amount of THC. No questions asked. Reported to IPN. Waiting for my official letter from the medical review officer so that I can call IPN. I have consulted a Lawyer as well. Any information or idea how IPN responds to nurses who are applicants that tested positive for THC; such as will I have a Narc restriction? I lived in New Orleans and worked as a ICU nurse for two years. Moved to florida, where I'm from, and this happened to me. Also should I contact IPN before received my IPN case number? Any advice, help would be greatly appreciated. If I don't have the narc restriction will they let me go back to ICU? My manager in New Orleans, is willing to take me back, I just can't have a narc restriction in the ICU obviously. Anyone have experience with testing positive for THC? Obviously, had I been smoking I would not have scheduled my urine test or would have done a flush like I was told I should have. please help.
