    Questions: 1. If someone in Texas received just a citation 15 years ago for a class C misdemeanor assault and paid the fine, will it show up in the criminal background check? 2. Should it/does it need to be disclosed on applications to nursing school, for hospital employment, or to the Texas Board Of Nursing if it was only a citation and occurred 15 years ago?
