  1. New Grad why can't I get hired???

    I recently graduated from an ASN program, passed my boards and have started an online RN-BSN program. I have a Bachelors in another field. Why can I not find a job???? I have applied everywhere, Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and nothing not even an interview. I had a recruiter look over my resume and she told me it looked good. What else can I do? I am starting to think I am never going to find a job. Also, I do not want to work in home health. I know myself and working in home health will make me not want to be a nurse and I don't want that to happen. Any suggestions???
