    I live in Florida, and I'm registered to CE broker.com who tracks down every CEU done and let's you know which one's are needed. You pay $35 a year but I find it worth every penny because you won't get audited since the CEU's are already counted. No need for paper certificate but this website let's you print the certificate if you need it. I always forget how many CEU's are needed each year and this website tells you how many you need for my state of Florida. I don't know which website you can use for California but you can find out by google or calling the website. I hope this info helps you!
