Sure, I'd love to meet ya! Yeah, I went to an info meeting, and it was for me at least, very informational. I'm glad I went, I went to the one at Northlake. Yeah, our class dropped drastically too. Those tables were all full but as the semester went by, there were probably 8 of us left, in both A&P I and II. Do they still have lecture on Mondays and then lab on Wed? I hated it that way. I know who you're talking about! Sloane? I heard she's hard, but really good. The time of day is more of an issue, even though I'm a SAHM I only have one car, so I have to wait til my husband gets home from work, also he can watch our daughter. I had her too for a day. Warren is a new teacher I guess? I had A&P I and II with Dr. Nabi and another Dr. I forget his name..They were very nice. I didn't have Ms. Lumbley, but I know who she is, she taught lab for one of the profs when one of them were out. I've met some great people in my A&P classes. In fact, I still keep in touch with one of them, and she's going to take Micro with me too. I took this semester off. I wanted to take Micro but they didn't offer it when I needed it. So, hopefully, they'll offer it in the evening in Spring. If you are going to have all of your pre-req's done by the end of this semester, I say go ahead and apply for Fall if you have a 4.0.

Wow, all the way from Rowlett? Who do you have for A&P? Will you be going next semester? I'll be there next semester! All my pre-req's and all but one support courses are done, but I'm going to re-take English to get an A (I got a B). I'm also going to take Microbiology next semester too (it's over the 5 year limit). I applied for Spring but got declined I need to go pick up my packet and re-send it for Fall.

I need to check if the Fall schedules are out yet..I'm going to take English and Micro at Cedar Valley. I WILL get an A in these classes.

Any plans for those of us who didn't get in? My plan is to re-apply for the Fall at dcccd. I"m also going to apply to Navarro as well. In the mean time, I'm going to re-take English (the class I have a B in) and take Micro (it's been over 5 years). I WILL get an A in these classes, so if I don't get in for Fall, I'll try again for Spring and for sure I'll get in. I'm kinda irritated at my previous English teacher. I took the class online, and I worked my rear off. She counted off points for me using first person on a Cover letter of a resume! and other assignments. I'm just so irritated that I was a few points away from having an A.

Wow, 13? That's how many credit hours I have..There are 17 credit hours total.

I'm here! I really really really hope that we get our letters Friday or Saturday. I'm doing the Race for the Cure on the 15th so my mind will be off of the letter at least for a little bit! :lol:

Hey guys! I finally have my Healthcare Provider CPR certification! It was pretty easy! I met a girl who is in the same boat as me. She applied (she has a 4.0 ) but she didn't have her CPR certification either. So I felt better.

Is anyone taking their CPR class this friday? I'll be there! Uggh, I'm getting nervous here too!! Not too much longer til we find out!

Do you know what the GPA was on those 11 support credits?
