  1. ive been into jogging after night shift for 5 months now, i do jog T-Th-Sat and hit they gym for strengthening ( pump iron ) for M-W-F I love doing this routine, as my co worker in night shift having problems with their health, so I decided to discipline my self and do exercise, and on sunday I do basketball for 3 hours.. I enjoy doing it, and me and my wife do jog and go to gym. Its not just good for your physical and mental aspect but its good also to socialize people ( as i said earlier i work at home, so only me and my wife I see and neighbor ) Then one day a nurse neighbor told me that its not good to jog after night shift of work, so I kinda afraid of what he says ( as i know hes a nurse ) so thats why i posted this question to you nurse guys.. And I know its not that bad, as long you have good sleep, eat, vitamins anyway i think hes envy as hes getting fatter and cant catch up with me, but hes a good neighbor of mine...
