  1. Have you tried different areas in nursing? It would be a shame to "give up" on Nursing becasue of the people you work with. I will be honest and say the nurses are a rare breed and that you will ALWAYS face the challenge of dealing with at least one person you can not stand. I am in a current position, but I love what I do for my patients. that is how I get through the shifts with this person. Try a different area, maybe a clinic job or a specilty. Nights can drain you on its own, by missing out on many things in life. Get a day shift job and try another area...
  2. I am going to graduate in May with my MSN, but currently have my BSN and have been working as a RN for over 8 years. I have been trying to find resources to get an online intructor job before graduating with my MSN. I know that I am eligible for an Associate Degree teaching postion, but I have not had any luck finding the right resources to get a job. I work M,W,F and would love to supplement my income and nursing experience with a teaching job now. Looking for advice...
