Hi just curious how others would have handled this: during narcotic count, an opened bottle of morphine liquid from the ekit was on count for over one week. No patient name, no dose, etc.... I refused to take the count as being correct. what would...

no report, no count. Just had to leave, spoke to supervisor who said 'ok'.

If you punch in and have to leave within 30 minutes and tell the supervisor, is that abandonment. No report was given, no information passed from shift to shift. Is that still abandonment?
