  1. GrnTea, thank you for the information. I agree with you. I was only looking for a diagnosis because that was literally all the information that the pt had at the time. The pt was a brand new admit right before I came in for data collection. I was to have a care plan by the next morning with absolutely no info to go by. There were no labs, assessments, or paperwork on the pt at the moment. I did assess her but all that she was experiencing was the infection. Thank you for your input. I was able to get more info on the pt today and I figured out something more appropriate.
  2. XTXRN, I did look for infections of IV access sites, but unfortunatley in my book, there weren't any. But I appreciate the help. And thank you Esme12!

  4. Thank you! Do you happen to remember who the author was?
  5. Thank you. I have that study guide and have been going through it. I did hear that it doesn't help you very well as far as the sciences go. But thank you again for all of the advice ladies!
  6. Thank you yesitslaura. That was very helpful. Are there any practice test online or is it just the study guide? I have the study guide already.
  7. I am taking the HESI A2 exam this month and I was wondering of there were any practice exams online that anyone knew of? Or any helpful tips or advice ayone can offer me? I'm super nervous. I just signed up to this website today. Any help would be great. Thanks for any help! Elisha
