    Good Day to all. I am from the philippines.I passed the NCLEX exam last June 2009,and they notify me that i need to submit a valid Social Security number (SSN) ,in order to issue a permanent RN license.I need to provide it within 3 years from the date of passing , if i cant provide ssn number they will destroy my file. My question is do i need to request for an extension? I have a pending immigrant visa (F2B-Philippines), I hope my priority date become current before the expiry date.
