I got my physical at a clinic called Central Care Community Health Center. The cost was 30 dollars. It is near George R Brown Convention Center and Minute Maid Park. It is off of Elgin and Delano. I have also gotten most of my shots there for less than any other place I have found. Hope this helps!

FINALLY! I got my letter today! I'm in at Cy-Fair! Yay! So excited! Congrats to everyone else that's in as well! We should set up a facebook page for cy fair. I think that would be alot of help once classes start. So we have to get the background check/finger prints, show proof of shots, show proof of CPR, show proof of insurance, and get a physical? Am I missing anything other than all the other paperwork? I want to make sure I am on top of everything... I have been waiting too long for this to get thrown out for not completing something simple. Holy crap... I can't believe this is really happening! I'm so pumped up :w00t:

Well I'm in the same boat as all of the other Cy-Fair applicants... still no letter today! My mother-in-law that worked for the post office for 20 years or more said that there is no way that they sent them Tuesday! She said if something is mailed from a Houston address to a Houston address it should be there next day, 2 days at the most! Well I will keep my fingers crossed for all of us that they are in the mail tomorrow!

Awwww! I know what you mean! It seems like if a campus that has to send out 130 acceptance letters (NH) has already sent theirs a campus with only 50 should also be able to! I don't understand, but hopefully tomorrow so I can enjoy my weekend!:)

Have any others that applied to Cy Fair as their first choice gotten their letter? I thought they went out on Tuesday???? I live like 7 minutes from the school so it shouldn't take that long to get my letter. This is making me so nervous!

Seriously... next week! Why is Cy-Fair taking so much longer than all of the other campuses? I applied at CyFair only because it is about 5 mins from where I live, but really wanted to go to NH just because of all the great things I've heard about their program. I'm sure I will still find myself going to the mailbox everyday until it comes... wishful thinking I guess!

I haven't been on here in forever it seems like. Trying to stay busy. I have already began my daily trips to the mailbox, but I called the Cy Fair nursing office this morning and was told that letters have not been mailed yet. Grrrrr! Congrats to those accepted at Montgomery! That's so exciting :yeah:Also my condolences go out to stayfocus. Sorry for your loss. I am trying to be patient, but it is starting to wear thin! So excited! I took the HESI today and did really well :) My highest score was in vocab... not sure how I pulled it off, but I got a 98 on that section. Applying to Cy- Fair with an 11.891!!!! Good luck again to everyone applying!

Hi everyone! I am new to this post, but not new to the process. I applied last semester to Cy-Fair and didn't get in with an 11.4xxx. I have been studying my butt off for the HESI... I take it on Friday morning and I am sooooooooo nervous. Just thinking about it makes my stomach turn! Good luck to everyone applying! If anyone has any tips for any of the sections that would be awesome. I think the vocab and a&p are what scares me the most because I have seen that people have failed those 2 portions the most.
