    hi everyone i need help.. im a registered nurse in the Philippines. i applied to California board of nursing for eligibility and luckily i got the eligibility letter last may 4.2009. the letter says that "your file will become inactive and will be destroyed if you do not register and test with PEARSON VUE within two (2) years from the date of this eligibility." i wasn't able to register and get and ATT but I'm planning to register now but I'm afraid that my file is already inactive and my payment will be wasted. is true that i should have register before may of this year and my file is already inactive???
