Do any of you new accepted students know the date for orientation? I had it written down but now I can't find it and I can't access the PINS anymore because ULearn is gone. Help!

Yeah I think I might just stick to nursing classes... I've heard the scrubs are navy vneck with white pants, is that true? Also, I have to miss the second week of summer semester for my honeymoon, do you think that'll be a problem?

Kel-I just got accepted to ace. I'm a double major and I have a few classes left to take for my other major. I usually take 18 credit hours at a time and I took 16 over the summer... Do you think I'd be able to manage an additional 4 credit psych class during A1 if I have already taken nutrition?

You guys! I did it! I got accepted! My letter came today!!!For those of you who want to compare....I applied for ACE. 3.86 Program GPA A's in APs, Bio 1, and Micro Lab, A+'s in Bio 2, Micro, and Psych 101.Teas 92, 95% in science. Sent in 7 volunteer forms 1 letter of rec from a GSU prof, 1 letter of rec from an RN. I live RIGHT by the school, so for those of you further out who compare or have higher stats than me, expect something soon!!I can't wait for all of you to get your letters! We need to all meet up somewhere

Ho hum, any day now....They are definitely taking longer. I wonder if they'll actually call all of those numbers on the volunteer forms, some of mine are quite old. Hoping for some news soon, ready to know when I'll be graduating!!

So I wonder if you did a "retake to replace" if you get a 1.5. I retook Bio1 and Bio2 and changed B's to A's. Also, what about A+'s? I worked my ass off for those! Surely they count for something. I really hope to hear something soon... trying to figure out a plan B schedule for next semester has been a nightmare. I have a 3.86 program GPA and 92 Teas. I also submitted about 7 volunteer forms and had 2 solid rec letters (one from a prof and one from an RN)... hopefully third time really is a charm!!! If you hear of anybody getting accepted let us know so we can start worrying even more! hahahah

I have heard anything from anyone yet either... It's about that time for them to start mailing out decisions so it really should be anyday now... I try not to get my hopes up when I check the mail!For those of you who have been granted registration, make sure you have a plan B. I made this mistake already... I personally decided to double major in psychology because a lot of the core requirements match those for nursing... So don't just waste a complete semester on nothing! A psych minor is also very easy to achieve.

It will continue to say that even after you receive a decision. It's really just for making sure all of your application was received... Don't bother checking it!

What's everyone's stats? Now that it's been 2 weeks my daily mailbox frenzy has begun! Hoping to find out before senior registration on the 24th!

Exactly... I'm praying I did better but I need to know what I made before I submit, because what if by some odd reason I completely bombed it? Then I'd be submitting a worse score! I'm sure everybody is feeling this same way... maybe if I stop checking it will come lol

WHERE ARE THE TEAS SCORES?!?!?! I'm getting so angry! I've taken it twice before and this is by far the longest it's taken. I need to know!! The deadline is Monday!! ATI posts the scores within 24 hours of receiving them from GSU.... so it's the school we're waiting on. ARGHGHGHG

They seem to go out in waves, but no particular order. Last year they started coming out after about 3 weeks, then all the wait list letters came in one big flux... Knocked us all out! Haha everybody starts these rumors like, oh the best people get picked first, or letters will come every Wednesday... It really is just random so you just gotta wait!

Yeah! It's funny because I saw a LOT of questions that I had seen on a previous exam, especially the reading section, I think it was exactly the same.

Hmm we must've had different exams because I only had one pH question and wasn't that one!

Yeah! I was the girl whose phone went off lol I had just gotten a new phone (which I turned off) and didn't realize my old phone was still in my bag with the alarm on.The results should be up anyday now. I took one in February and the results posted Tuesday evening, so maybe we'll see something tonight. I felt like the science portion wasn't as bad as I've seen, although I know I for sure missed 3.... I'm so bad about changing my answers at the last minute when I originally had the right answer!

What's up everybody?! We're just a few weeks away from frantic mailbox searching season!!An update on me.... This summer I retook four classes that I had made B's in at UGA, made two A+s and two A's! Hoping the GPA improvement will be noticed! I was wait listed last semester with a 3.68 and an 87 TEAS for the ACE program. I just retook the TEAS this past Saturday and am anxious to see my score. How are everybody's applications going? This is my third time around so I'll be glad to answer any questions! Get excited! :)

Is anybody at GSU a pre-nursing major? Trying to get a group together so we can help and support each other throughout this horribly stressful process! I'm a junior at GSU, I am applying for the ACE Program starting in Spring 2013. I'm a double-major in Psychology. Looking to maybe form a study group for the TEAS? I've also finished all of the prerequisites and would be happy to help those in need :)

Sorry, that was super random of me to ask like that. Lol I asked which hospital because I am also in the Atlanta area, I'm at Grady Memorial. I, too, applied for Labor and Delivery, but they require some sort of recommendation for that unit... I am in mother/baby ... it is VERY dull, I feel like I'm not helping at all. Are you a pre-nursing student?

Got my wait list letter again... 2nd time. I thought my stats would keep me high on the list but no, I am number 15. I have a 3.78 and 87 teas. Retaking every B this summer for a 4.0 and guarantee acceptance in the spring
