I am 100% aware that when you enter the diversion program (in California) you are required to stop working. With that said; has anyone attempted it? does anyone know how they track employment, since you can work? Just not as a nurse. I am desperate for money. urine tests at $85 twice a week; thats more than my part of the rent each month. I wish I had the option to go to jail for 2 weeks with Linsey Lohen. If everyone could please refrain from the "patten answer of your not supposed to work". Thanks for reading
