  1. Hi Christine, Thank you for your response! I have been hearing "stuff" about Trinity and I decided to go along with a different offer. I am sure it was the best decision! Thanks Again!
  2. Has anyone out there worked at this hospital? What can you tell me about the working conditions and the staff? What have you heard about the O.R. environment there and the staff contentment there? Anything that you can tell me about this hospital would be of great help!
  3. Thank you for the response, Shirley! They seem like a smaller O.R.- they only have 8 O.R. suites. Nevertheless it is a nice start for a novice in O.R. Learning anything new is a great deal of pressure; it is good if you are around a supportive staff:balloons: Take Care, Chonga
  4. I worked at Maimonadies. What a joke of a hospital:rotfl: I don't know what floor you are intending on working on, but I can tell you about the medical floor with that witch of a manager Elenor!:angryfire The floor is horrendous! They put contact isolation patients in the same semi-private room as non- contact isolation patients. Also they have T.B. patients who are not in isolation until whoops...a week later they decide to put the patient in isolation after the whole damn unit has ben exposed. Also there are people working there with bad attitudes:angryfire I was told my first day in computer orientation to "watch my back" because people love to lie on you. I could not wait to get out! I am at a better hospital now. I would suggest you work at some other hospitals like Mount Sinai, NYU, or Columbia in Manhattan. All I can say is good luck if you go to work at Maimonadies -what a sorry excuse of a hospital!
  5. Has anyone ever worked at this O.R.? What did you think of it? Are the people who work there pleasant? What kinds of cases are mainly handled there? What is management like? If you can answer it would be much appreciated- I am considering taking a position there :) Thank You, Chonga
