  1. I was just wondering how often I might have to come across blood in this line of work. I have a huge problem with seeing blood (and all kinds of surgery-type things), which causes me to pass-out and/or be sick. I really want to go into the medical field, but I can't seem to overcome this problem... and my fiance's mother suggested going to school to be an ultrasound technician because the low chance I would have to be around blood. Is this true? Thanks!
