  1. Talk to your supervisor, that's not right to expect you to take care of that many patients on your own without help. I assume you are working as a graduate nurse, and haven't received your nursing license; they can't let you be on your own yet.
  2. No way. That's the purpose of the night shift, they are supposed to sleep during the day. They should not work the night shift if they can't handle it...they aren't paid to sleep. That's unsafe for patient care. Glad to hear you do your job, but you shouldn't have to be responsible for doing the others'.
  3. Our male nurses do everything, the only exception is only when the patient requests a nurse of a different gender to perform a procedure.
