Hi, Rita I wanted to know how good is she? did she help you? does the information that she gives out really is helpful, and the classes are they online or not? I don't know if she can help me or not, because i already have my NPI, and i just need to start billing, i need to know how to correctly bill, and i need to know my procedure codes. How can i find that out, Thanks in advance.

Dear : Lisa, I recently got my NPI from medicaid, and now i am trying to get all my billing procedure codes for Private Duty Nurse. The Provider's Manual only has 2 codes, for registered nurses, does that mean that i have to use only these codes no matter what procedure i do. As well as the forms that i need for my work, do i have to create them myself? or can they be obtained somehow? The thing is that some states have posted forms for private duty nurses on the health department website, but NY does not have those forms on their health department website. I am sure that most PDN's don't buy the forms, because most of them are not what you need, thats only junk. The problem is that i can't find the forms i need in the state of NY, and i tried looking but no luck!!! I do know the names of which forms i need, anywhere i call, nobody has any clue what is Private Duty Nursing,

Can private dury nurse also bill any other insurance? or only medicaid? As far as the nursing notes for the patients chart, where can i find these nursing notes? Thanks!!!

Hi, thank you soo much for your response. my email is [email protected] I am approved to bill medicaid and they sent me the insurance forms that i need to bill them with. The thing is that i hired a biller, who does that for me. the only thing i need is the forms that will be used for patients and placed in their charts. Thank you sooo much!!!

Yes, ur right. That is what i did and i already have my npi and i already got my medicaid approval just this week. The only thing i need is the forms for patient chart and where i can find these forms? And how many forms there should be? If u can give me a web site where i can find these forms i will be thankful.
