thanks for the reply... I have looked online but can't find anything that really looks Joint Commission compliant by what our consultants have recommended. Our consultants require the Mallampati to be on our form for the MD to fill out prior to the procedure. thanks again!

We haven't placed ours into the computer yet. You are right about the learning curve.. UGH! Don't you wish there was a short and sweet version of this form? That also satisfies Joint Commission? I'll certainly let you know if I find one! The search continues......

Does anyone have a sample of moderate sedation flow sheet that is Joint Commission compliant? I am working to shorten ours to make it more user friendly.
