    We won't use anything containing tylenol for the simple fact that it can mask a fever/infection when a patient is neutropenic. The first oral opiod of choice is oxycodone.
  2. I think it all depends on where you're applying. Our hospital hires oncology GN's straight out of school. Though I think that a lot of places are looking to hire experienced oncology RN's. Don't give up!!!
