  1. I got the one prep guide from my college (georgian) and this is the other one I bought off amazon.ca http://www.amazon.ca/Canadian-Comprehensive-Nursing-Questions-Package/dp/0779699858/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1306805898&sr=8-1 and yes it is the second ed. I also right my exam in Sept- which school are you from?
  2. Oh okay, I don't know, I guess not?? what do you mean... I am from Ontario and graduating there and staying there lol
  3. Hi , what is ien?
  4. Thanks everyone! I have purchased the Canadian PN EXAM prep guide book and started working through it last night. I am doing alright so far but I DEF need to slow down and read questions more carefully I noticed they are worded a bit sneaky sometimes. So I have starred those ones off, I start my final praxis May 9th- Aug.. if I start studying now is that a bad thing because it is so far away?? I also purchased mosbys canadaian comprehensive review of nursing- haven't look into it yet though. All the competencies from the prep guide are put into the questions so I think if i review those as well as everything else I should be ok if I keep at it. The prep guide comes with a disc to that tells me where I am weak and where I can improve. Jme_daisy- Don't worry about! Thanks for the support Can anyone tell I am extremely nervous for the exam (haha)
  5. Oh Okay, and thanks! I am super happy just have to study for the exam now. I can't wait to check out the new wellness centre.. wonder when it will be finished. What do you mean the workload? Like each semester? I found that it got harder and harder each sem. The first sem I have 8 classes but I was new to college so I really tried and I did good... after that I didn't try as hard but it did get much harder. I guess it depends what's going on in your life... plus you might get exempt from some of her gneds which would be awesome!! lol
  6. I know what exam I am taking and yes it is CPNRE but it's with the CNO so I just wrote that I wasn't meaning anything was provincial/national??? I have the books to study I was just looking for some tips from people who have experienced it already. I AM professional and I WILL NOT be a nurse until I graduate which is in Augest. Thanks for your 'friendly' message............. :S

  10. Oh really? I know people here who have worked at facilities as RPNS and their employer has helped them pay for the bridge. Also, I hear up North is where the shortage is and they will pay for people to bridge.. or for their schooling all together :S could just be a rumour though.
  11. Hi everyone. I am almost done the RPN program.. I really want to bridge eventually into the RN program. I will not be able to afford it right now so I was wondering if anyone knew of a program or something up north (ONTARIO) that would help or pay for the funding. PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! THANKS!!
