  1. I've been on numerous interviews and most of the managers seem to focus on the large gap that I have between my graduation, taking boards, and now. I've been searching for almost a year and always get the same outcome.
  2. Hi. I had the misfortune of taking The State Boards Exam several months after completing a BSN program. I did pass and am currently licensed, but because of my tardiness, I have had an extremely difficult time finding employment as an RN(being a new nurse is not helping my case either). Is there anything I can do that will make my status more appealing to employeers?(due to the circumstances) I have a great passion for the nursing profession and feel that my gift is being wasted. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
