  1. Hello: I would really like some help. I am geeting a it frustrated with this. I would like to go back to school for nursing but is finding it hard to do. I was going to do a accelarated program but found it having too much requirements. I was looking to apply as a Non-Degree and take my pre-requisites but heard that we get the last pick for classes and some are not available to us. My secong thought was that I should just apply to a four-year college and obtain my BSN there. 1. Does anyone know a better way to take pre-requisites required for the acellerated program? Or any programs that offer weekend/evenings (I work 9-5) 2. I already have a BS from another college. Would that make my time at the four-year college shorter, would I have to take pre-requisites as a transfer student? 3. Are there any good (I would prefer cuny, but private is fine too) schools out there in the ciity or in queens? I would really appreciate your help. thanks
  2. Hello All: I am looking to change careers and I would like to become a RN. I have been looking all over for schools that have a accelerated program within NYC or queens. I work a regular 9-5 shift 1. does anyone know of any that are not so expensive? 2. Any that offer evenings and weekend classes? 3. any where you can take the pre-requisites while in the program? is there any other way, except for a four year degree, that I can obtain my BSN degree? Or does anyone have any other ideas of what I can do to become a RN?
