    tnx so much silver dragon... hmm, how would i know if CES requirement is now required for new applicants in Vermont? Do I have to shell $328 to get my Vermont eligibility?

    hi! i would just like to ask if state of vermont requires CES in order for you to take the NCLEX? I havn't yet started my application because I'm so confused if I need to have CES first before I can proceed to my NCLEX application. Please help.. your reply is well appreciated.. tnx
