Hello everyone! Congratulations to everyone that got accepted into the program. I'm applying to all campuses & I understand the deadline is on July 1st. Does anyone know how many students they accept in each campus? dakus771: I wasgoing to apply to MNU also, which I heard was a great school, but I figured it may be too strenuous considering it's a 12 month program as opposed to UU's 15 month program. It's tempting though! I'm going to pray I get into one of UU's campuses. Good luck to you!

Hi all! I am applying to Union University's accelerated BSN program (all campuses) and I was wondering if any current students, past students, and alumni can give me insight on the program. I am trying to decide on this program as well as another one. What is your schedule like? What is the passing grade for each class? Are the nurses at clinical sites supportive & helpful? Is there an exit exam prior to being eligible to take the NCLEX? Do you regret choosing UU's accelerated BSN program? Any tips would be appreciated as well. I've searched the forum and most of the comments are dated. Thank you in advance.

Congratulations on finishing nursing school. That's already a huge accomplishment. I took the NCLEX-PN in California and passed on the first try with 85 questions. Walking out of there I honestly thought I failed, but after six weeks of waiting... I passed. I tried the PVT also and it worked for me. I studied for six weeks. I did questions on the NCLEX-PN 3000 - http://legacy.southeast.kctcs.edu/nc...8D5C2F791FDB6F. I focused mainly on doing questions. Don't worry too much about your score, just concentrate on understanding the rationale. Know infection control like the back of your hand. The mnemonics posted on this site helped a lot. Know which patient can room with which, whether you should keep the door opened or closed, etc. Memorize your lab values, conversions and dosage calculations, and know the normal vital signs of infants, children, adults, and elderly. Prayer helped a lot for me. Nothing is impossible without Him as long as you believe! Also remember that the exam is different for everyone. I know people that had a lot of peds and meds, while some had a lot of labs, and others had a lot of math. I had no math and infection control seemed like my entire exam! Most importantly, believe in yourself. You can do this and you will pass!!

I took my NCLEX-PN in CA on May 17th. I received my results in the mail today and I passed!!! I finished the exam in one hour and stopped at 85 questions. I did the PVT an hour after when I got home and got the good pop up. I waited 6 weeks and 4 days. Praise God. For those waiting, don't lose hope and patience!

Hi everyone! I took my NCLEX-PN in CA on May 17th. I received my results today and I passed!!! The PVT worked for me and I was receiving the good pop up where it won't let me register again. That was the longest 6 weeks and 4 days for me! To God be the glory!
