  1. Hi, I feel as though I will never get my nursing degree. I have been taking the prereq's and now am ready for my clinicals. I had been accepted into a program but had to decline due to my son being diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. Durring this ordeal my grade for one of my prereqs was a D not a C. After getting ready to reapply I find out that the nursing program that I was applying to had a policy that no science class can be repeated but once and this is in the nursing student handbook. (Which I only repeated once). My argument is that I am not in the program yet. Due to my grade I had to write a letter of appeal and am waiting on a decision. My other grades were fine. Can anyone please be honest on my chances of getting in the program?! Will I ever get into a program?
  2. Hello everyone, I am new to this site in hopes someone can give me some direction. I am currently taking classes at IPFW and want to transfer to Bethel College in Indiana. I have taken and passed all but one of the placement tests, algebra. Last time I took it I scored a 52 to get in you need a 57:confused:. I was wanting to take it last week but I had so much test anxiety that I couldn't take the test. I am so affraid of not passing and getting in because everyone is counting on me and asking when I am getting in. I am afraid of failing. How can I take this test again and be sure to pass. Will I ever pass? Will I get in this fall?
