I've recently been offered a position with Aetna as a Pediatric Case Manager. I tried searching through the threads and didn't see anything that really answered my question. What does your typical day look like? I have a 9 month old son who we will obviously have childcare for but will I have time to see him throughout the day if we hire a nanny? I understand you have telephonic appointments but do you stay online between these appointments? Or use this time to do charting? I tried to ask in my interview and because this is a somewhat new position (not fully telephonic - will be seeing patients in the hospital on occasion) they were not super helpful. I appreciate any insight!
