  1. considering LPN or RN

    Hello to all the nurses here on the site! i am brand new and have a few questions. I am now training to become a CNA and am wanting to continue my training to become an LPN or RN. My question is, who gives the Iv's and draws the blood, and is there a big difference in the jobs, besides the pay? I am a little leary of IVs and blood drawing and want to know if there are any tips or tricks to get over the fear. Thanks Luci.
