Hi guys! I just got home after the 75 most nerve wrecking questions I have to answer. I tried the PVT and said "Our records indicate that you have blah-blah. Contact your BON blah-blah." Is that it? I felt that no amount of study could have prepared me for this. The questions are still crystal clear on my mind. But the problem was I don't know if my answers were right. I really had a lot of SATA which were about meds and management, 5 meds , 2 titration computations, PDA and a lot of guessing as well. I left the room and was shaking. I told myself I think I failed. Whew. Good luck to all of us! I'll be taking mine on Monday, April 11. And I don't know what else to do. They say don't study the day before your test. So, I was planning to watch a movie instead. BUT, I think I would not be able to resist to peak at my flashcards. :|

I'll be taking mine on Monday, Aprill 11. WHEW. I have finished Saunder's Compre, LaCharity, Kaplan strategies and Kaplan QT1-7. Now, just trying to browse for more infos here and answering Saunder's cd. Anything else you might advice? Goodluck to all of us who'll be taking the exam! :) God be with us!

CONGRATULATIONS! I'll be taking mine on the 11th of April. I finished reading the whole Saunder's 4th ed book a few months ago. I also finished the Kaplan Strategies boom. So right now I have like two weeks left. Hope to finish LaCharity then focus on answering Saunder's cd. Just thinking about what the outcome would me makes me feel sick.:barf01: I'm so anxious.

Hi everyone. I have been reading posts in this forum and I bumped into terms like AOS (Adjusment of Status) and EAD. Not sure how to apply for those. I am here in NY under dependent visa (H4) waiting for my eligibility to sit for nclex. If in case I pass my exam, what should be my next step if I want to work here? Do I have to take IELTS or TOEFL? Or is it even required here? How about Visa Screen? Can I take it already? Or do I even need to have it? Lastly, how about the Certification Program? Is it necessary in my case? Sorry for asking a lot of questions. Thank you for those who would help answer my questions.

Yes you do. It can be done easily online. There are some links on the previous posts you can use. And after taking the online course, there will be a test that will determine you understand what you just have read. Then after passing it, you can now print your certificate. It's just easy to complete. :) Anyway, regarding my CVS application, I received NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLICATION last Aug. 3 2010. And last Jan 13 2011, my order status is now READY FOR FINAL REVIEW. I don't know how long will it take for them to issue a report to NYBON. So, I guess I can't call NYBON yet right? Can I take IELTS while waiting for my eligibility to sit for the exam? I know that if I wanted to work here I would need to complete VisaScreen but how about Certification Program? Do I have to take it as well? Sorry, I really am confused about these things. I'm using the Saunder's Compre Review right now and I find it helpful for refreshment since it was 2 years already since I graduated. Also planning to use La Charity and Kaplan Strategies. Some of my friends, who passed, say its a good combo plus the random fact throwing in this website. Let's do our part, study hard and leave the rest to God.

Hi Janet, I have the same problem here but I lie in NY. I didn't take NLE so I don't have license in the Philippines. Another is I don't have SSN since I'm under H4 visa. So can you share what you actually did to address this problem?
