hello all i have a quick question. I just graduated this past spring, from ksu with a chem degree, my bachelors. my cumlative gpa is 2.66. i really want to get into this program. my gpa is low because i had a lot of family issues going on. I know if I can get in I can succeed at the program. I have chem 1211/1212, genetics, bio 2107/2108, i got an a in genetics, a b in gen chem 1, a c in gen chem II. i have math 1107 which i got a b in. i took soci 2205 and psyc and got an a. i have math all the way up to cal III. i havent taken micro, or a&p but i do have a few of those pre-reqs. Any advice on things that I can do to make myself attractive to the program. Does being an alumni of ksu help my application any? how do you guys pay for the program. any advice is much appreciated. my first major was nursing and I wish I would have stuck with it, I have always wanted to help people.
