Thanks a lot naptime RN, that was actually very helpful and I'm very glad you're from New York cause I'm planning on moving there soon so like that I get an idea of how is it over there..they are scheduling an interview for next week so hopefully it goes well. I fell the same way, any specialty gets monotonous, I have done dialysis for 3 years and I like it but is the same, there is the benefit that onse you learn it well then you can become really good at it.. Hi guys, I just got offer a job as a Urology nurse part time in miami Florida. It involves doing urodinamic testings,pelvic floor rehab , anorectal manometry and other things. I have never done it and have no experience, I was wondering what is the hourly pay rate, they asked me how much I wanted to get pay and I said no less than 30, and they said that it was ok. I do have to use my own car to go to the doctors clinics and it's pretty far from my house. Anyone has any idea on this type of job, pay, growth potential... Anything? I would really appreciate any feed back, thanks a lot in advance for help..:) have a nice day
