Thanks guys for your feedback~!
  3. I had an interview at local nursing home yesterday. Long story to short, I am a foreigner but educated in U.S and recently graduated with BSN. The person I interviewed with was the owner of this nursing home. During the interview, I didn't have chance to talk with other nurses or look around the facility/ unit. They didn't ask me any of normal interview questions. But, what we discussed was my visa status....guess,,,,most of you aren't familiar this kind of stuff. Anyway, they will sponsor me to file permanent residency, but they want me to sign one condition.. actually two. One, the training period will be 1 year and they will pay me as a CNA Two, I have to provide my service for 3 year from the day of my permanent residency issued. But I don't know how long it will be taking until I actually get my green card, then another 3 year?? Can you guys believe this?? what r u guys thinking??

  8. Hi all new grad I graduated in May this year got my license end of last month. I have applied pretty much every hospital around my area. Last friday, I had a missed call from a recuiter that she wanted to talk about my interest and she left her number. I called her right back which landed me her answering machine. I left a message and my number, then I called her again this morning hoping maybe she will call me back. Still nothing... I checked hospital website and email them.. still nothing.. lol, I hope this is not a bad sign.. Do they nomally call back or do they just simply skip my application if I missed their call?? Should I wait couple days more?? or should I keep calling... The hospital is almost 5 hours away from where I am at I am really worried
