  1. I am currently a paramedic in Massachusetts but may be relocating to Michigan in the future. Either way, I'm thinking that transitioning over to the RN side of the medical field is probably the best way to go for me and I prefer to not mess with any of those online bridge programs. I was wondering if anybody knew of colleges in either state that offer Paramedic to RN bridge programs?
  2. Cool. Thanks Luna. I think I'm going to call Excelsior tomorrow and see if they can shed some more light on the subject
  3. So I just got my review back from Excelsior about what classes will transfer to the RN programs and they say I still need Written English, Information Literacy, Life Span Developmental Psych, Sociology, Microbiology, and 4 Arts and Sciences credits. Does anybody know which of these I can Clep?
  4. Yeah I was already leaning towards staying away from them. Just wanted to hear it from some other folks and see if anybody had an argument for them. Thanks you guys.
  5. Hello. I'm thinking very seriously about enrolling in Excelsior College's Paramedic to RN program and was just hoping for some opinions on not only the program itself but if it would be wiser for me to buy the recommended text books (seems a cheaper route) or go through a learning system such as The College Network or Chancellor? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
