  1. Hello Everyone! I graduated high school in 2007, I didn't pursue college right after since I didnt know 100 percent what it was that I wanted to be and I didn't want to waste money and time on something on something i wouldn't be happy with. Over the last three years I have really been looking in to becoming a LVN, or a Respiratory Therapist. I come looking for advise from people that have experience with either one of these. What you like about your job, what you dislike about it. If you could have done something different when you were choosing what would it have been? Also, I'm hoping not to work in a hospital, something more like a home health care, or a Doctors office, I know a Respiratory Therapist works mainly in hospitals. One of the only reasons I don't think Respiratory Therapist is cut out for me is because its working to closing with death. I know in health care I'm going to deal with sick people, but I don't think I will be able to work that close with death on that point, is this a deal breaker? Also if i choose to become a LVN, I'm thinking about going to Concorde. Has anyone on here tried that school? If so how did it go? Or will It be best to go to a community college? Thanks for any help! If it helps anyone I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
