Can anyone who has attended these private nursing school's such as Apollo/Carrington, Devry, etc.., tell me if you have to have all the tuition (i.e. $40,000) paid for before being accepted? If so, who grants all that money?

Thank you so much for the response! $7000 is quite an amount! If you try and get into the 3rd semester nursing core, is there a wait? I just don't want to pay a ton of money and have to wait a year to get in. Did you finish your RN through Apollo?

After being frustrated with wait list, I am seeking out Apollo College-Phoenix nursing program. I have almost all of my pre-reqs done with hopes of entering into the 3rd semester of the Nursing program...however I heard there could be a year wait in that case. Is it better to start in the 1st semester at Apollo and just roll right through? Is there a wait to get into the 1st semester? Also, does anyone know how often there are start dates? Thanks!!
