    At first I only considered applying to places near my residence. Unfortunately, I only got as far as the interview. Then they'll say that they would call me back if anything happens, but still nothing. I have a BSN but I think they still prioritize people with experience. Anyway, I'll keep on sending applications as much as I can to increase my chances of getting hired. We just all have to persevere. Thank you very much for the support and advice. :)

    I'm a foreign graduate BSN. I tried applying at Florida Hospital but they wouldn't hire me because I don't have experience. They recommended that I get some experience first at nursing homes. Is anyone at the same position as me??
