I was hoping to see anyone on here. Did you get into this program? If so, when did you find out? I’m waiting to see if I’ve gotten in myself for Spring 2023.

The school can not discriminate because of your disability!!!! I'm disabled as well, ESRD, with a catheter in my chest previously and peritoneal cavity catheter. As long as you can work, I don't see this as a problem.

as a student at this school, please do your research before joining this school!!! i would not go if i didn't invest soooo much money into the lpn program and time. :argue:

hello everyone!!! i just want to know what "state approved" means!!!! i'm so confused....does it mean that it is an accredited program even though it's not nlnac accredited??? i don't want to get a degree from a state approved school if i can't further my education or work in another state. please somebody help me !!!!!

their bsn program is approved by the nlnac!!! it's the asn that isn't approved by them. hope this helps. check for yourself on the official website... nlnac - national league for nursing accrediting commission

a small word of advice, back home in sweet alabama most of the cna jobs i had were either at nursing homes, or working in group homes with the mentally challenged!!! i loved it... most of the hospitals there use lpn's as cna's at the hospitals. there are a lot of nursing homes and group homes that would hire you. but a group home would hire you as a residential aid and you would get trained and take a state test for free to pass medications like an lpn. you still get to keep you cna available in a group home like the nursing homes last i knew. hope this helps

hie, i just got accepted into a lpn program, but, the school is acics accredited!!! i'm not sure if that's a good thing . they don't even have any information on their lpn or rn program saying anything about it's accreditation. the virginia board says it is has provisional approval by va board of nursing:uhoh3:... i was just wondering if i should be worried because i am going to rn school next and don't want to take the lpn part of it again. does my classes have to transfer even if i pass the nclex-pn exam and get my license or what?? does the program specifically itself have to have a separate accreditation :redbeathe????? somebody help, please!!!!!:redbeathe:crying2:
