I got a call from SON last Friday saying that I am accepted. But that's because I was the next person to call if a spot got opened. I will be waiting for a letter and sign that I will attend csula son.

I received an email saying that I am in the waiting list.... Good relief yet still a bit sad.

From what I have heard, you do a finger printing background check. I do not think they will kick you out; however, if you want to be sure, you may want to go to the court you had your case on and see what the court disposition says. Perhaps, if you have/had an attorney for it, ask him/her about it too.

Anyone contact SoN recently regarding their application? What did you hear? I think I might have the courage to go to the office... since my class is the building across from it. Sigh *butterflies*

I believe..I am in that 'left over-down the list-gray area- uncertain' list. Does anyone know much about other CSU's? How are the nursing program there? I think from what I know...its pretty much the same deal? Competitive, constipated and crazy..

I had a classmate who got accepted last year to the program. He told me that he got a call/letter a month before school started. And his friend got accepted a few days before! I'm guessing those are in the waiting/uncertain list...and will be accepted when someone doesn't show up or respond regarding the program. Also, Monica said that if anyone doesn't attend the orientation they are automatically not in the program..so that open spot will be filled by another candidate.. SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHHHHH

I think I might get like a heart attack, everytime I check my e-mail, I feel pain in my heart and it skips a beat or something. They seriously need to put a warning when applying: "Warning: May casuse serious effects to those with heart conditions"

*****! sounds fun. do you go to csula? There was this strike that went on in one of the buildings and students were actually running around in the hallways and banging on the classroom doors. We could do something like that but at the nursing office, like right at the front door! haha
