  1. pt. has severe decubitus ulcer. with 40-50 ml of liquid stool in rectal tube. post-op day 3.

  3. I had a pt. with left side colostomy and with a rectal tube and I could'nt figure out why there is still an output on the rectal tube. can anyone help me with this. I appreciate the comments.

  5. I have a question about pt. being admitted to our floor with known history of infection such as MRSA and VRE. Eventhough they have a course of antibiotic treatment still we put them on contact precaution if admttd again. My Manager told me before once infected youll stay infected. Do you do thesame practice as we do? or do you clear them off of isolation?
