Hey Lisabug96, I think that was smart to take the CNA class first. I was in the LPN program at PTC. I didn't know that LPN claases were mini-term and having taken the CNA classes will have you greatly prepared. There were tons of CNAs in my class and they seemed to do better and answer more questions correctly. I was telling classmates that the CNA certification should be a requirement and just as I said, now it is. Most of all, do not give the teachers what they want and withdraw from classes. Trust me, you'll regret it later. One teacher did tell us that only 14 students had graduated from the previous class and said that 14 students is always better than having to teach 35. Just stay motivated. If this is what you want, you've already made a start so go for it. If you feel like giving up, remember all of the reasons why you shouldn't. By the way, does PTC offer financial assistance for taking the CNA class?
